Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the pre-paid Canada Post shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

Pack the Items

Place the unworn footwear or accessories in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping container with the return label attached.

Drop Off and Track

Bring your package to any Canada Post location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
